Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the operational billing process—from invoice generation to resolving inquiries with our customers—and will oversee the entire process in a forward-looking environment within the energy industry.
You will handle customer inquiries regarding our billing in a competent, service-oriented, and solution-focused manner.
You will carefully review billing data for completeness, plausibility, and accuracy.
You’ll actively contribute your ideas and expertise to further develop existing processes and help shape sustainable projects.
You’ll work closely with various departments and help ensure our processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your Profile
You have completed a business apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have some initial experience in billing, customer service, or administrative work.
You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications.
You are a strong communicator, team-oriented, and enjoy taking on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
You enjoy working in a team and can maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple tasks at once.
