Your tasks

  • People & Product Lead Lifecycle / Recruiting
  • As a Product Lead, you are responsible for the technical management of the People Service, Recruiting & Onboarding roles and thus for the target-oriented design, implementation and management of products and processes for the effective and efficient provision of services, while constantly analyzing the qualitative, legal and regulatory framework conditions.
  • Together with the other Product Leads, you will make decisions on the development, optimization and elimination of products and processes and coordinate the provision of products and services in your product group.
  • You continuously ensure that processes are as smooth and customer-oriented as possible, including the regular review of synergies and optimization potential in terms of the product life cycle. You are also responsible for the budget for the product group and the recruiting, retention and separation measures
  • You make recruitment decisions and have responsibility for personnel. In this way, you make a significant contribution to the successful cooperation of your team and ensure functioning cross-functional cooperation between the various specialist areas as well as internally and externally, while constantly analyzing and optimizing the working environment and work processes.
  • You plan, manage and prioritize the necessary resources in the team with a view to achieving a high level of maturity of the goals.
  • As People Lead, you act as an inspiring and effective leader of your team, with the aim of promoting collaboration, personal responsibility and excellence.
  • As People & Product Lead, you are responsible for the successful delivery of services to customers and the further development of the products and processes of your product group in line with the strategy, the needs of our customers and the environment.
  • As a disciplinary and technical manager, you will consistently develop your team in Recruiting & Onboarding and People Services. You act as a driver of modern HR work that is characterized by professionalism, efficiency and proximity to the business – and are a close sparring partner for the Head of HR.

Your qualifications

  • You have a university degree, ideally with a focus on human resources or business administration. Alternatively, you have comparable qualifications.
  • You have experience in the disciplinary management of employees as well as experience in personnel and cultural development and change. You already have good insights into project management and HR processes, which you can break down and apply to new circumstances, and you also have experience with cost and budget planning
  • As part of the products for which you are responsible, you plan the necessary costs and investments and get deeply involved in strategy cascading. You never lose sight of your stakeholders and you have a broad spectrum of market trends and industry knowledge.
  • Thinking in terms of processes is easy for you, so you design efficient processes securely, always with a high level of understanding of digitalization.
  • You are able to react prudently to new situations and rapidly changing priorities and you are always willing to learn. You demonstrate your communication skills on a daily basis and shape collaboration through your very high level of feedback and conflict resolution skills.
  • You are able to empathize with your customers in a focused way and are good at shaping the difference between customer focus and profitability.
  • Your ability to network and build relationships on an ongoing basis rounds off your personality.
