Personnel / Travel Expenses Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Travel expense report:
- Checking and processing travel expense reports
- Recording and managing travel expenses in the relevant systems
- Communicating with employees regarding ambiguities or queries about travel expense reports
- Assistance in the HR department:
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks (e.g. scheduling, correspondence, document management/creation including return/deadline control)
- Organization and coordination of meetings, as well as preparation of documents and taking minutes
- Management of office materials and orders as well as employee gifts
- Data maintenance and administration:
- Maintaining and updating databases and systems in the area of travel expenses and support
- Creation and evaluation of reports and statistics
- Communication and collaboration:
- Close cooperation with other departments and external service providers
- Support in the implementation of projects and special tasks
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in travel expense management and/or human resources desirable
- Good knowledge of the relevant legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
