Plant Engineer Power Systems (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Security of supply : Together with the team, you will develop measures to ensure a reliable energy supply, minimize risks, avert dangers and define standards for the equipment in the electricity distribution network.
- Strategy : You will work closely with our management team on the strategic and future-oriented further development of the specialist area and the electrical grids.
- Occupational health and safety : You will check and monitor the health and safety regulations (e.g. maintenance of risk assessments, instructions on hazardous substances, work instructions) for grid operations.
- Project work: Your ideas and experience will be incorporated into other topics and projects as well as internal working groups, where you will actively contribute to innovative solutions. Here you will also support the implementation of legal provisions, e.g. § 14a EnWG and the municipal heat and energy transition.
- Grid analysis and fault assessment: You will be responsible for analyzing and assessing the grid status as well as grid and system faults and will be actively involved in the processes for maintenance and renewal strategies.
Your qualifications
- Degree : You have a degree in engineering in the field of electrical engineering / power engineering or a comparable degree.
- Professional experience : You are familiar with the business management mindset and/or have relevant experience in network and cable technology. Knowledge of the rules and regulations relevant to the job is an advantage.
- Competence profile : You work independently, in a structured manner and with a high degree of team spirit. You are characterized by your communication skills, willingness to take responsibility and your independent way of working.
- Mobility: You have a class B driving license and are prepared to work on call in the future.
