Plant mechanic (m/f/d)
Stadtwerke Böblingen guarantees a reliable energy and water supply and sees itself as a driving force in the design and implementation of the energy and heating transition in Böblingen and the region. With our team of around 125 employees, in addition to our supply mandate, we also play our part in making Böblingen a place worth living in as a swimming pool and parking garage operator. We are looking for you for the variety of tasks: strengthen us with your know-how and help us shape the future viability of Böblingen and our municipal utilities.
Your tasks
- Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repair work on technical systems for heat and cold generation and drinking water storage
- Carrying out documentation of regular system checks
- Professional execution of switching operations in accordance with applicable instructions and safety regulations
- Carrying out system-specific water analysis
- Participating in fault analyses and rectifying faults
- Participation in the operational on-call duty and fault clearance service
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, ideally in the field of electrical, energy or supply engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Enthusiasm and good understanding of technology and process engineering processes
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks such as water analysis
- Basic knowledge of documentation and service accounting is an advantage
- High level of commitment as well as a responsible and structured way of working
- Friendly and reliable appearance, communicative and team-oriented
- Class B driving license
