Your tasks
Operative portfolio and schedule management in the gas and electricity sector for our customers with execution of market transactions OTC or on the exchange Coordinating and managing the asset and load forecasts for the gas and electricity portfolios as well as managing the interface to the forecasting units of the customer's sales organization Developing market scenarios to optimize customer portfolios with a view to risk affinity and developing hedging strategies Preparation of reports on the existing gas and electricity portfolios Collaboration in operational balancing group management to carry out data exchange with our market partners
Your qualifications
On this basis, you will develop yourself further You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on the energy industry or have a comparable qualification Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of energy trading You have a sound understanding of the trading, sales and procurement processes at municipal utilities and energy supply companies, a license as an exchange trader is desirable You have already worked with a PFM/EDM software system and ideally have knowledge of programming procedures You recognize new trends on the market and can implement them independently and proactively You have the ability to process and present complex issues in a target group-oriented manner You are characterized by strong analytical skills, a strong affinity for numbers and statistics and are happy to contribute these skills to a team of experts
