Your tasks
Portfolio management: You will actively develop the generation portfolio management and gain insights into our exciting district heating division. You will be responsible for the forward marketing of heat-led generation positions and for the procurement of fuels and emission certificates. Market analysis and planning: You will carry out market analyses of the relevant energy commodities and spreads, develop marketing strategies based on these, taking risk aspects into account, and implement these successfully. You continuously monitor performance and adjust the strategy if necessary. Your flexibility is required here!
Your qualifications
Degree: You have successfully completed your studies, preferably in the field of energy economics or business administration. Professional experience: You have several years of professional experience in the field of power plant marketing or portfolio management. Specialist knowledge: You have sound knowledge of the energy industry and political framework conditions, as well as a basic understanding of the energy markets. Your technical knowledge of electricity and district heating generation plants is convincing. Your ability to create technical market analyses and derive forecasts about future market developments from them gives your profile a special touch. Professional skills: You are a team player through and through who identifies passionately with your tasks. Your wealth of experience is testament to your ability to take responsibility and always find solution-oriented approaches. IT skills: You have a sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with energy management software such as BelVis.
