This position is part of the "Portfolio Management" team, which, as the central link between energy trading, sales and IT, is not only responsible for the operational forecasting processes for consumers, prosumers and the renewable generation portfolio, but also for pricing, hedging and risk management for B2B and B2C sales.
What you can expect:
- Further development of forecasting models and processes for direct marketing and prosumers as well as monitoring systems to determine relevant KPIs
- Optimization and deployment planning of renewable power generation plants
- Product development in collaboration with Sales and Energy Trading with a focus on operational optimization, remote control and storage optimization
- Support and further development of redispatch processes
- Project work in the context of forecasting direct marketing and prosumers
You bring with you:
- Completed studies in the fields of (Wi.) engineering, mathematics, data science, computer science, physics or comparable. Alternatively, technical/commercial training with relevant professional experience or additional qualification
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a high degree of initiative and the ability to self-organize and prioritize
- A strong affinity for numbers with an analytical and solution-oriented way of working and a good understanding of processes
- You contribute your knowledge to a motivated team, show interest and willingness to learn in a wide range of tasks - we offer you extensive induction and further training opportunities - and complement it with your skills in a targeted manner
- The position is also suitable for career starters
