Planning and Design: You will plan and design equipment for our medium- and low-voltage networks—from the preliminary analysis through design and construction planning to cost estimation and preparation of the request for proposals.
Technical Concepts: You will develop technical concepts for a wide range of customer inquiries, design connection solutions, and create technical drawings using CAD systems. You will also design connection solutions for special connections, taking into account technical specifications and economic requirements.
Grid Analyses and Calculations: You will configure and use our grid calculation system, NEPLAN, for load flow and short-circuit calculations, and perform grid compatibility checks, e.g., for charging stations, decentralized generation facilities, or new consumption facilities.
Project work: You’ll contribute your expertise to project teams and support the development of new grid concepts.
What You Bring to the Table
Qualifications: A successfully completed bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a completed vocational training program, as well as an additional qualification as a master craftsman or technician
Software Skills: MS Office, SAP, geographic information systems, network calculation programs (preferred)
Work Style: A structured and creative approach to work, a high degree of independence and initiative, as well as strong time and deadline management skills
Personal Skills: A good understanding of cross-functional and cross-departmental work, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to work well in a team
Driver’s License: A Class B driver’s license is required
