Your tasks

You will take on responsibility from day one and make your contribution to shaping the energy supply of the future. During your time in different departments, you will get to know processes, develop solutions for content-related issues and gain insights into day-to-day practice. In accompanying training courses, you will develop your skills and expand your professional network. This will give you a comprehensive insight into the energy industry and its interrelationships. We look forward to following this path with you and shaping the future together. You will experience the exciting everyday life in the field of power grids and lines: As part of the team, you will actively participate in maintenance, repair and construction measures. You will accompany the project managers on site visits, learn about and apply planning principles and support the project managers, e.g. in preparing tenders or creating planning, parameterization and data point lists. You will become familiar with interface areas such as operational and strategic purchasing, project sales, controlling and management as well as asset management for electricity and pipe networks. You will deepen your knowledge of overarching topics and processes in the energy industry by spending time at another company or holding. You will expand your knowledge and network through work shadowing in various departments at Mainova and its subsidiaries. Your qualifications

A successfully completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in electrical engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field. Ideally, initial professional experience, acquired, for example, through internships, working student activities or completed vocational training in the technical field. Basic knowledge in the field of electrical engineering and a basic understanding of energy supply. Ideally, knowledge of systems and network planning and possibly initial project management experience. Quick comprehension, independent and reliable way of working as well as commitment and ability to work in a team.
