Power plant operator / skilled worker as plant operator (m/f/d) – combined heat and power plant
Your tasks
- After a thorough induction period as a power plant operator, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant and economical operation of the high-pressure steam and hot water systems. You will work in a team with other shift supervisors and boiler attendants:
- You will operate, control and monitor all systems for steam and power generation. This also includes starting up and shutting down steam boilers, turbines and auxiliary systems.
- They supervise the systems and intervene in the event of malfunctions to ensure uninterrupted power generation.
- You will assist with maintenance, repair and servicing work.
Your qualifications
- You have completed technical vocational training and are a certified power plant operator.
- You have experience of operating larger systems and coordinating colleagues and external companies.
- You are flexible, sociable, a team player and show a high level of commitment.
- Working alternating shifts is no obstacle for you.
