Your tasks
- Custom field 2: Full time
- Customer Service
- You will prepare correct and timely bills for private customers.
- You will process the relevant master data, including checking the plausibility of the statements.
- You will be involved in processing the billing implementation of new products and contracts.
- You will check, control and correct errors from a billing perspective both in advance and after the monthly extrapolation.
- The development of optimization and automation measures for the existing billing processes round off your area of responsibility.
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training and ideally several years of professional experience in the described area of responsibility
- Good industry knowledge, understanding of energy industry relationships and a strong understanding of figures
- Very good PC user skills (MS Office) and ideally knowledge of SAP IS-U
- Initiative, motivation, a results- and process-oriented way of working and a high level of teamwork and communication skills
