Your tasks
As an IT process specialist, you will work in DevOp Billing / Tariffing / FI-CA. You will act as the first IT contact for the specialist departments of Mainova AG and subsidiaries for questions relating to billing processes. You will focus on one or more of the following areas: Billing / Tariffing / FI-CA / EEG-Billing / MOS-Billing / Convergent Invoicing (CI) You will be responsible for the management and coordination of and with external service providers. You will be responsible for designing and implementing customer requirements.
Your qualifications
Completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable practical work experience Very good knowledge of billing / tariffing / FI-CA and the legal framework (e.g. price brake requirements) Experience in the technical development of billing processes Good industry and process knowledge in the energy industry, especially in the area of billing regulations and customer billing requirements Experience in the implementation of logic for billing customers or in the implementation of specifications to develop new tariff structures on the IT side Analytical, methodical and conceptual thinking skills Team spirit, communication skills and a certain degree of flexibility
