Your responsibilities
- Ensuring safe and cost-effective operations and actively contributing to the further development of operational technology (OT)
- Analysis of requirements and risks, as well as the derivation and implementation of appropriate measures, including roadmap planning
- Developing and maintaining operational, security, and standard concepts
- Selecting and procuring IT systems, as well as managing external service providers
- Technical leadership, as well as personnel and professional development planning
- Participation in budget planning and resource management
- Creation and further development of technical documentation, guidelines, and training programs (e.g., ISMS/BCM)
- Supporting audits and ensuring and implementing compliance requirements
- Involvement in contracts, company agreements, and scheduling and vacation planning
- Participation in on-call duty
Your qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in the operation of critical process IT systems and networks
- Experience in personnel management as well as in work and cost planning
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Proficiency in German and English
- Class B driver’s license
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Enjoyment of hands-on work and a willingness to take the initiative in implementing and driving projects forward
