Your role with us:
* Ensuring safe and cost-effective operations, as well as
actively contributing to the further development of process IT (OT)
* Analyzing requirements and risks, as well as deriving and implementing
appropriate measures, including roadmap planning
* Developing and maintaining operational, security, and
standardization concepts
* Selecting and procuring IT systems, as well as managing external
service providers
* Providing technical leadership, as well as personnel and professional development planning
* Contributing to budget planning and resource management
* Creating and updating technical documentation,
guidelines, and training materials (e.g., ISMS/BCM)
* Support for audits and ensuring and implementing
compliance requirements
* Involvement in contracts, workplace agreements, and shift and
vacation scheduling
* Participation in on-call duty
What you'll bring to the table:
* A successfully completed bachelor’s degree in computer science or
a comparable qualification
* Several years of practical experience in the operation of critical
process IT systems and networks
* Experience in personnel management as well as in work and
cost planning
* Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
* Very good German and good English skills
* Class B driver’s license
* Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
* Enjoyment of operational work and a willingness to independently
implement and drive projects forward
