Your tasks
- As a process manager for the business processes for customer supply with electricity (GPKE) and for the business processes for supplier switching gas (GeLi), your priority is the efficient operational handling of market communication with our market partners.
- You are enthusiastic about the design and further development of business processes for supplier changes. You analyze changes resulting from legal and regulatory requirements as well as feedback from our market partners and colleagues.
- You take on the planning, organization and implementation of projects required to adapt processes. To this end, you will support the design of technical requirements for new or existing IT systems in collaboration with our IT service providers.
- You are no stranger to EDIFACT format conversions or 24-hour supplier changes in electricity. You are passionate about the constant change and new challenges in the energy industry.
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on business administration, energy economics or (business) informatics or a comparable field of study or equivalent knowledge and skills.
- You have in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and laws in the energy industry, in particular BNetzA resolutions in the field of market communication.
- You are confident in using common Microsoft Office applications and are ideally familiar with SAP IS-U.
- You have experience in classic and agile project management.
