Your tasks
- As a process manager in metering, you will design and develop the data exchange processes with market partners, including troubleshooting.
- You will be responsible for monitoring energy quantity clarification cases, reducing error complexity and developing processing workflows.
- You will independently develop and optimize processes in the results area based on regulatory and operational requirements, including coordination and agreement with all stakeholders.
- You formulate the system and process requirements in direct exchange with IT and external service providers as well as incident management in the results area.
- The independent processing and coordination of special tasks in the specialist area as well as responsible collaboration in overarching projects (including sub-project management) round off your job profile.
Your qualifications
- You have a university degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) including relevant professional experience in the field or have a comparable qualification.
- When it comes to market communication and its message formats, no one can beat you and you are familiar with working in energy industry billing systems (especially SAP IS-U).
- In addition, you have already gained experience in the energy industry (GPKE, WiM, GeLi Gas) as well as in process design and IT requirements management.
- You take the initiative in tackling your topics and keep an overview even in dynamic times. You never lose sight of your team or your goals.
- You have an eye for detail and your way of working is characterized by logical and procedural thinking. You are a talented organizer and act skillfully and at eye level in negotiations.
