As a distribution grid operator in the regions of Heinsberg, Mönchengladbach, Viersen and parts of the Rhine district of Neuss, NEW Netz GmbH plays a key role in making the energy transition a success. We are responsible for the operation, planning, maintenance and expansion of the local and regional electricity, natural gas and drinking water distribution network as well as the operation of metering points. At the earliest possible date, we are looking for support for our Mönchengladbach site in the
Your tasks
- Your core tasks include the efficient planning and coordination of field service colleagues’ installation assignments and making appointments
- You are the central contact person for installers, customers and external partners and provide support with advice (by phone and in writing)
- You will take care of the organization of device changes, installations and removals (gas, water and electricity) and ensure the legally compliant processing of certificates for the calibration authority
- You will contribute to smooth process handling by creating and maintaining statistics and monitoring deadlines
- You will be responsible for the commercial processing of statutory inspections, from order creation to commissioning invoicing
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You are characterized by a high level of customer orientation as well as a structured and conscientious way of working
- You are proficient in MS Office 365 and have a very good command of German
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of the Energy Industry Act (EnWG) and the calibration regulations
