Product and Project Manager (m/f/d) Sales Energy Products (Electricity / Gas)

Your tasks
- You will develop product concepts and tariff designs for electricity and gas customers, including the business case, and plan product communication via suitable sales channels, such as comparison portals.
- You will continue to build up direct sales via online and offline channels and independently carry out product and channel controlling for electricity and gas products.
- You will coordinate product developments and take on lifecycle management in external sales territories.
- You will design and implement offer campaigns based on current analyses in the electricity and gas market, develop complex technical solutions and advise on the acquisition product portfolio.
- You will implement planning and forecasting processes including medium-term planning.
- You will manage projects and actively participate in internal and external projects.
Your qualifications
- You have completed your (technical) university degree in business, sales, marketing or a comparable field – alternatively, you have equivalent professional experience and relevant additional qualifications.
- You have in-depth expertise in traditional and digital sales and
- You can already demonstrate industry knowledge in the energy supply sector.
- You have many years of professional experience and have the ability to analyze, question and optimize existing processes in a targeted manner.
- You think in a networked way, recognize market opportunities and find solution-oriented approaches – even for complex challenges.
- You can present sales strategies and product benefits in a convincing and understandable way – both internally and externally.
- You work in a team-oriented manner, actively seek exchange and contribute to a cooperative partnership.
- You act independently and in a structured manner, proactively contribute new ideas and have the ambition to actively drive issues forward and lead them to success.
