Product Consultant Customer Service (m/f/d)

• You successfully sell various EWR products such as electricity, gas, energy solutions, DSL, photovoltaic systems, etc.
• Quality assurance measures are part of your daily tasks, such as checking that data is up to date and proactively contacting customers about special issues.
• You take responsibility for questions from first level support and answer them comprehensively.
• You will be responsible for closing cases in the CRM system and billing systems.
• Your tasks will also include providing our customers with above-average service and sales-oriented support via all communication channels.
• You will also be responsible for advising customers by telephone and in person in our various customer centers, as well as taking on special tasks and participating in projects.

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
• You have relevant professional experience in the sale of various products.
• You have initial experience and knowledge of quality management.
• Inspiring customers on the phone is in your blood.
• You are very confident in using MS Office.
• You impress with your strong customer-oriented thinking and actions and have a good understanding of business contexts.
• You have a class B driving license.
