Your tasks

Optimization, establishment and long-term management of a holistic product development process between the departments involved Conceptualization and management of a product strategy and product map, taking into account market insights, customer needs and company goals Evaluation of various product development methods to optimize product landscapes Preparation of product decisions and specification of product enhancements Analyzing potential products from the energy market based on market trends and data insights Design of concrete customer solutions - with a focus on the respective product group incl. digital services & platforms Participation in market-oriented pricing and/or pricing of structured, trade-related products for private customers Requirements management: identifying, analysing, prioritizing and formulating complex requirements for processes, products and IT systems in the specialist area and in line with the specifics of the energy market Analyzing product lifecycles and deriving necessary measures Product owner responsibility: project management for market and risk-compliant product launch Co-conception of the sales channels for customer acquisition, with a focus on the respective division (B2C) incl. development of sales/marketing & service concepts in cooperation with the Marketing & Service departments Recording customer requirements in the market segment


Your qualifications

With your university degree in economics, engineering or a similar qualification With your excellent knowledge of the energy trading markets Through your experience in portfolio management Through your experience in project or product management Strong planning and organizational skills as well as very good communication skills Your creativity and willingness to take on creative tasks and drive change processes with the appropriate assertiveness in a target and deadline-oriented manner Your proactive and flexible approach to changing tasks and requirements and your ability to keep an eye on developments
