Product Manager – Electricity, Gas & Energy Services (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Are you passionate about innovative energy solutions and want to actively contribute to the energy transition with us? As a Product Manager – Electricity, Gas and Energy Services (m/f/d), you will contribute your ideas and your flair for market trends in order to think ahead and develop electricity and gas products and energy services in a customer-centric way. Whether economic evaluation, technological analysis or interdisciplinary collaboration – with us, you can make full use of your strengths and shape the energy products of tomorrow together with a dedicated team.
- Developing energy products: You will develop, support and optimize innovative energy products in the areas of electricity, gas and energy services – with a focus on marketability, added customer value and sustainability.
- Turning ideas into success: You analyze technological trends and new business models in the energy industry, identify customer needs, evaluate new technologies and derive specific product ideas from this, which you then implement with your colleagues.
- Manage product processes: You accompany and manage the entire product life cycle – from the initial idea to the creation of a business case, through profitability analyses and market launch to end-of-life.
- Cross-divisional implementation: You are the interface internally and externally. You work closely with sales, IT, customer service, marketing, legal and external partners, coordinate tasks and ensure smooth processes and successful product launches.
- Managing figures, data and contracts: You are involved in pricing, contract management and data analysis, create reports and training documents and actively support Sales in successfully positioning your products.
Your qualifications
- Degree: You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in a business, technical or energy-related field – what we value most is your practical experience and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Professional experience: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the energy industry, in sales, in corporate strategy or in product marketing – and not only think strategically, but also with strong implementation skills.
- Technology meets business: You have a good technical and business understanding, especially for energy-related technologies
- Market intuition: You have strong analytical and strategic skills, a feel for market trends and can translate these into concrete, marketable energy products.
- Profile competence: You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner – and have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex energy industry topics and communicate them in an understandable way.
