Your tasks
You will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our private customer business in the electricity and gas sector. You will drive the further development of our business in the area of renewable energy (e.g. PV) and develop attractive customer offers with partners. You are responsible for product maintenance in our billing system, its price calculation and contact person (f/m/d) for our customer service in campaigns. You will work closely with Marketing to implement campaigns or create customer information. You will support the ongoing optimization of our systems and interfaces to our customers (e.g. website, customer portal, CRM, billing system).
Your qualifications
You have been working in the energy industry for several years, know the current developments and challenges and have worked for at least 3 years in a comparable position at another supplier. You love numbers, have experience in calculating tariffs and know how comparison portals work. You are familiar with billing systems in the energy industry, preferably Powercloud, and have experience with CRM systems. You have a technical affinity, a team-oriented and structured way of working and are characterized by a high degree of initiative and personal commitment. You have a fluent command of written and spoken German.
