Your tasks
You will develop innovative product features in the area of charging infrastructure and building digitization. You will be able to capture and evaluate the interests and requirements of the customer and incorporate them into the development process. You create and define user stories and project documentation. You identify solutions that enable the scaling of our products and consider both existing software solutions and new tools and systems. You always have the customer in mind. You obtain feedback from the team and customers on new and existing features and support the team with new launches. You work in cross-functional teams with our developers, external partners and team members from product development and operational units to find the best solution together.
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed your studies or training in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or electrical engineering or have demonstrably acquired comparable qualifications in practice. You are enthusiastic about the topics of electromobility, digitalization and energy management You have already gained initial experience in product development and agile project management. With your strong communication skills and empathy, you proactively gather information and are a real team player. You adapt quickly to changing circumstances, tackle open tasks with a lot of self-motivation and your hands-on mentality and actively help shape your environment. Thanks to your ability to think logically and in a structured way, you drive the developed processes forward and quickly gain an overview of complex issues.
