Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the continuous and independent optimization of the B2B commodity product portfolio
  • You will also develop cross-channel product strategies, taking into account the corporate strategy
  • You will also be responsible for product definition and development, including profitability calculations
  • You will also be responsible for setting up, reviewing and documenting pricing processes, including profitability optimization
  • You will generate the entire product-specific offer and contract renewal process
  • You will also be responsible for product management throughout the entire product life cycle
  • You will be responsible for setting up, modifying and maintaining an online price calculator and online self-service portals
  • You will also manage the offline and online sales channels
  • Customer clustering and focusing based on market analyses, competitor studies & feedback is also part of your area of responsibility
  • You are equally responsible for identifying market trends and customer needs
  • You are responsible for contract and form management
  • You will carry out product training and updates independently
  • Last but not least, you will be responsible for determining key figures, including target/actual comparisons

Your qualifications

  • You can look back on a successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering and already have several years of professional experience
  • You also have experience in the energy industry, particularly in trading and sales
  • You are adept and confident in using common MS Office applications
  • You are characterized by a high degree of efficiency, commitment and communication skills
  • We expect you to be highly creative, quick on the uptake and able to work independently and conscientiously
  • Possession of a valid class B driving license is mandatory
  • Desirable:
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of product development and product management
  • Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage
