Your tasks
- As Product Owner Business Readiness Hydrogen (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the central management of all activities within GUD to establish business readiness for the transport of hydrogen, including all necessary shareholder approvals, and ensure that they are completed on time. In our collaborative teams, you can contribute your skills effectively, develop your specialist knowledge and help us shape the future of sustainable energy supply.
- You are Product Owner Business Readiness Hydrogen (m/f/d) in the GB Hydrogen department, which plays a central role in setting up the hydrogen network operator within the GUD organization.

- Ensuring the timely implementation of all necessary activities within GUD required to establish the business readiness of GUD for the transportation of hydrogen in the build-up phase and later operation
- Obtaining all necessary shareholder approvals in good time as a prerequisite for the new hydrogen business segment
- Holistic project management consisting of time planning and control, budget planning and control, approval planning and risk management with the help of relevant specialist functions
- Support and coordination of key internal and external interfaces with an impact on the specific organization and design of key gas industry and other hydrogen processes
- Advice/support for customers and connection customers
- Coordination with the relevant specialist functions within GUD and the GU Group
- Developing and representing GUD’s interests, including in discussions with market participants and stakeholders
Your qualifications

- 5 years of professional experience in the energy industry, ideally with a transmission system operator
- Solid knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and rules with reference to the regulatory framework for hydrogen and natural gas
- Sound knowledge of natural gas transportation processes
- Experience in project management

- Leadership skills in a team
- Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
