For RKB Raffinerie-Kraftwerks-Betriebs GmbH, a subsidiary of Iqony Solutions GmbH, we are looking for a Production Manager (m/f/d) at the Leuna site. RKB Raffinerie-Kraftwerks-Betriebs GmbH is based in Leuna, one of the largest chemical sites in Germany. There, the subsidiary of Iqony-Solutions GmbH supplies the local refinery with electricity, process steam, compressed air and process, feed and cooling water. Iqony makes green energy feasible. You will be responsible for ensuring 24/7 high-availability production operations in compliance with the applicable environmental and safety regulations with the objectives of economic efficiency, plant safety, occupational safety and environmental protection. The area of responsibility assigned to you includes managing the "Production" area to achieve the company's objectives. You will also be responsible for coordinating training and qualification planning, conducting personnel development meetings and ensuring that employees in production have the required level of training and specialist knowledge. Other areas of responsibility include Supporting the plant manager together with the plant engineers (department heads) in their tasks Personnel responsibility for employees (shift supervisors and day shift supervisors) Planning, evaluating and coordinating energy requirements at the site and with the customer Collaboration in the creation of driving, test, commissioning and shutdown programs Collaboration in analyzing malfunctions and errors in the process engineering processes Collaboration in the planning of optimization and conversion measures in the power plant Participation in on-call duty
You have a degree in engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on energy technology or process engineering or have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience with the energy supply operations of a 24/7 manufacturing industrial company.
