Professional (m/f/d) for energy efficiency through digitization in the industry in Halle (Saale)
Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. As a competence center for applied energy transition and climate protection, it supports the German government in achieving its energy and climate policy goals. To this end, it brings together partners from politics, business, science and all parts of society. Nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and puts them into practice.
Your tasks
- Independent preparation of specialist materials and development of further training courses for practical use in SMEs in industry
- Supervision/processing of best practice examples from companies
- Identification and development of measures to overcome economic, organizational and political obstacles to increasing energy efficiency through the use of simple digital tools
- Organizing and participating in stakeholder dialogues and working groups as well as advising cooperation partners from politics, business, administration and associations
- Participation in research and support of network partners
- Independent development of complex task packages, project management of work packages if necessary
- The position is full-time and initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree (Master’s/Diploma), ideally with an industry-related focus on energy efficiency and digitalization (engineering, building and energy technology, information technology, industrial engineering or comparable courses of study)
- Professional experience in the implementation of internal measures to increase energy efficiency
- High affinity for IT/OT topics
- Enjoy working in and shaping a dynamic and socially relevant field, commitment to climate protection
- Analytical and conceptual work as well as a systematic and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and team spirit are a basic requirement
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- As this is an infrastructure project, a place of residence in the Halle/Leipzig area is required.
