Professional Technical Communication (m/f/d)
Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. As a competence center for applied energy transition and climate protection, it supports the German government in achieving its energy and climate policy goals. To this end, it brings together partners from politics, business, science and all parts of society. Nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and puts them into practice.
Your tasks
- Are you a communications professional and want to support important aspects of the energy transition through communication? Then become part of Corporate Communications and play an effective role in shaping our work in the newsroom. Your focus will be on communicating topics and project results relating to climate-neutral buildings and neighborhoods (especially KEDi, Building Forum Climate Neutral, Energiesprong). You will work directly on individual projects and take responsibility for communication, maintain an overview of the communication activities in your subject areas and coordinate the exchange with the specialist teams. With your topics in mind, you will help shape corporate communications campaigns.
- Conception and coordination of communicative activities, coordination of content and formats in Corporate Communications, with the specialist teams and with external players in the projects
- Developing communication concepts and strategies and subsequently supporting and managing their implementation
- Advising the dena specialist teams on communication measures and coordinating external service providers
- Overview of communication and project activities in the subject area, recognizing and proactively introducing opportunities for effective communication
- Responding to project-related inquiries
- Conceptualizing the content of events
- Writing texts for specific target groups and ensuring the technical quality of various communication measures
Your qualifications
- You want to understand the core aspects of the topics and contribute your knowledge in communication. You enjoy working in a large team and value collaborative work.
- Completed studies in communications, political science or comparable with a focus on communications
- At least 5 years of practical experience in corporate communications and/or in an agency or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of national and international energy policy and experience in project management
- Textual confidence and a strong sense of language, combined with a quick grasp and political sensitivity
- Strategic mindset and experience in the conception and implementation of integrated communication measures
- Very good teamwork, communication and negotiation skills
- High level of motivation, commitment and reliability
