Project and Process Manager (m/f/d) Inhouse Consultant

• You advise the specialist departments as an in-house consultant with a focus on B2C business processes in the energy industry
• You will be responsible for the design, optimization, documentation and monitoring of energy industry processes along the entire customer journey for B2C customers, from acquisition to contract conclusion and customer service
• You will manage cross-departmental projects for the introduction of new processes and systems as well as the optimization of existing processes
• You ensure the timely implementation of energy-related topics in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure a uniform understanding of processes and promote process acceptance

• You have a degree in business or technical studies
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in the energy industry, particularly in the electricity/gas market and in energy-related services
• You have extensive knowledge of energy law and the regulatory framework (market communication processes)
• You have the ability to present complex regulatory and commercial issues and process modeling in an understandable way
• Very good application knowledge of energy industry systems and experience in project management and with various project management methods round off your profile
