Project assistance (m/f/d) in the field of energy efficiency
Your tasks
- Supporting the teams and projects in the work area, mainly in organizational and administrative processes as well as individual content-related project tasks. This includes in particular
- Support in answering written and telephone inquiries, looking after project mailboxes, systematic documentation in databases
- Maintenance, analysis and creation of various databases and evaluations (especially in MS-Excel, WordPress, Typo 3)
- Organization of appointments and preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings and events
- Supporting research on various project content and stakeholders, in particular in the areas of energy efficiency, sustainability and climate protection
- Support in the preparation of offers, tenders, contract awards, contract conclusions, invoicing
- Support with financial, personnel and time planning, management and control of projects, project components and services
- The position is part-time or full-time and is initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed training or studies (BA), e.g. with a commercial/legal focus
- Professional experience in the administration of projects and/or company units
- Organizational talent with a careful, responsible and reliable way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office and common internet applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills, generally good command of the German language
- Team and communication skills
- High level of commitment in dealing with clients and cooperation partners
- Desire to drive forward the energy transition and interest in topics such as energy efficiency and climate protection
- Sound knowledge of researching, analyzing and preparing specialist information is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in the field of energy efficiency (politics, technology, communication) an advantage
