Your tasks
- Handling of commercial processes in the construction of PV and storage projects
- Interface to project management and project purchasing
- Creation of delivery schedules in coordination with project management
- Provision, management and maintenance of all relevant data contained in Navision, including article, debtor and creditor creation
- Obtaining, checking and maintaining the necessary documents in the area of supplier support
- Obtaining quotations and placing orders for selected project requirements, internal coordination of the required materials from the IBC warehouse
- Preparation of price comparisons in collaboration with the responsible project purchasing / invoice verification department
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk m/f/d) with a strong technical understanding
- Confident handling of the MS Office package is mandatory
- Knowledge of electrical engineering or photovoltaics desirable
- Good written and spoken German skills
- High degree of personal responsibility and independence
- Assertiveness, resilience, flexibility, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, solution-oriented approach
