Project Coordinator (m/f/d) Grid Connection Generation Plants
We, FairNetz GmbH, are the grid operator in Reutlingen and in many municipalities in the region. With over 300 employees, we ensure the reliable and sustainable operation of electricity, natural gas, district heating and drinking water grids. We are actively shaping the energy transition with state-of-the-art technology, intelligent distribution grids, the integration of renewable energies, innovative digitalization strategies and the promotion of electromobility.
Your tasks
- Central interface: contact person (m/f/d) for our customers and internal coordinator (m/f/d) for the grid connection of generation plants in the medium-voltage grid – including the associated approval and certification processes
- Grid integration: Technical assessment of connection points and development of solutions for the integration of generation and consumption facilities requiring approval using PowerFactory and Envelio
- Compliant implementation: Monitoring external projects with regard to compliance with legal and normative requirements – in particular the VDE connection rules and our own connection conditions
- Process monitoring: Maintenance and monitoring of customer processes as well as active participation in the digitalization of our planning and connection processes
- Technical development: Responsibility for the further development and updating of our technical connection conditions in the medium-voltage grid
- Communication & cooperation: Participation in customer meetings and specialist working groups as well as close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners
- Planning & project planning: Support with project planning and target grid planning for power supply projects in the medium-voltage grid
Your qualifications
- To strengthen our “Planning Systems – Electricity” team, we are looking for a committed individual with technical understanding, organizational talent and strong communication skills to help shape the integration of generation systems into our medium-voltage grid. - Completed further training as a technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering – alternatively a comparable qualification through relevant professional experience
- Ideally initial professional experience in the energy industry as well as knowledge of the construction and operation of power supply networks
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to develop efficient and practical solutions
- Enthusiasm for technical issues and shaping the energy transition
- Structured, independent way of working paired with the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of energy industry contexts and the motivation to expand this knowledge further
- Confident handling of common IT applications (MS Office); experience with PowerFactory or Envelio an advantage

- Remuneration
- Our remuneration is based on the TV-V collective agreement and, in the case of RSV, the WBO collective agreement. Each job is evaluated and remunerated according to performance.
- Pension scheme according to TV-V

- Working hours and annual leave
- Our working hours are 39 hours per week. Depending on the position and where possible, flexible working hours or flexitime models are offered. Annual leave is 30 working days.
