Project coordinator (m/f/d) Planning and realization of house connections with focus on district heating – gas
Your tasks
- In this key position, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring that network connections of all kinds are handled efficiently across all media.
- Consulting: You are the contact person for our customers, especially in the area of district heating/gas. Your expert advice makes all the difference.
- Preparation of planning and calculations: You prepare the planning and calculations for the respective grid connections, always with a cross-media approach in mind. Your commitment ensures smooth processes.
- Documents: You record and complete project-specific documents and compile these for connections, relocations, removals, co-locations and cooperation requests from third parties. Your accuracy is required here.
- Coordination: You coordinate the timely coordination with other departments and the implementation of house connection projects, from planning, costing and construction to monitoring and invoicing the service providers. Your organizational skills are crucial.
- Process monitoring: You are responsible for the preparation of billing documents for the preparation of call-in notices or partial and final invoices and are involved in objection procedures. Your diligence ensures that everything runs smoothly.
Your qualifications
- Education: You have a (technical) university degree in mechanical engineering, energy and environmental engineering or supply engineering or have a master craftsman/technician qualification combined with professional experience.
- Knowledge: It is an advantage if you are already familiar with the regulations for water and energy suppliers (e.g. NAV, NDAV, AVBFernwärmeV, statutes, BGB, VDE, HOAI, VOB and relevant standards).
- Software: You are familiar with MS Office applications. You are also interested in using GIS, SAP and calculation programs for your daily work.
- Soft skills: You have good communication skills and are interested in dealing with customers and service providers in person and on the phone. Your team orientation, motivation and independent way of working make you a valuable team member.
