FairEnergie GmbH is a modern, sustainable and customer-oriented energy supply company. As a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Reutlingen GmbH, we supply around 130,000 customers with electricity, natural gas, drinking water and heat. The group of companies employs over 600 people. Your tasks

  • Together, we develop and create sustainable and smart energy supply concepts for neighborhoods and stand-alone grids as well as associated energy services
  • Reduce CO2 emissions through efficient technologies and renewable energies
  • Create a convincing basis for decision-making with the help of project descriptions and profitability calculations
  • Implement innovative energy supply concepts and coordinate all parties involved – from the initial idea to commissioning
  • Keep an eye on deadlines and budgets to ensure everything runs smoothly

Your qualifications

  • A degree in industrial engineering with a technical and energy management background, supply or environmental engineering with business management knowledge or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the energy industry or in project management, ideally with a focus on waste heat, renewable raw materials or renewable energies
  • Passion for climate protection and the courage to rethink things
  • Ability to work independently, a sense of responsibility and a real team player mentality
  • Strong communication skills, a confident manner and a desire for customer contact

  • Remuneration
  • Our remuneration is based on the TV-V collective agreement and, in the case of RSV, the WBO collective agreement. Each job is evaluated and remunerated according to performance.
  • Pension scheme according to TV-V
  • The costs of a supplementary pension scheme are covered to a large extent. In addition, private pension provision is subsidized as part of deferred compensation.
  • Working hours and annual leave
  • Our working hours are 39 hours per week. Depending on the position and where possible, flexible working hours or flexitime models are offered. Annual leave is 30 working days.

  • Culture is not neglected: the Württembergische Philharmonie Reutlingen organizes around 8 Kaleidoskop concerts every year. We raffle off 35 free tickets per event among our employees.
