Project developer (m/f/d) ground-mounted photovoltaics and battery storage systems
Your tasks
- Identify and secure sites for solar parks and battery storage systems in southern Germany
- Accompany and coordinate the municipal urban land-use planning of the projects
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of building/permit applications, coordinating the procedures and obtaining permits
- Negotiate contracts with landowners and local authorities
- Commissioning experts
- Leads project groups consisting of employees from various departments to ensure efficient construction
Your qualifications
- Have a degree (geography, spatial planning, renewable energies or similar)
- Have experience in the development, management or planning of renewable energy projects
- Are assertive and team-oriented
- Are communicative, negotiate skillfully and are confident in your appearance
- Have very good knowledge and experience with MS Office and GIS
- Have very good written and spoken German skills, good English skills are an advantage
- Are flexible and willing to work in the field
