Your tasks

Joint development of sustainable and innovative energy supply concepts for neighborhoods or island grids as well as associated energy services and preparation of feasibility studies Reduction of CO2 emissions using efficient technologies and renewable energy sources Development of decision-making bases with the help of project descriptions and profitability calculations Implementation and coordination of energy supply concepts and the stakeholders involved as project manager and support for our customers from project planning to commissioning Monitoring and adherence to the specified deadlines and cost budgets


Your qualifications

Completed degree in industrial engineering with a technical and energy management background, supply or environmental technology with business management knowledge or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in the field of energy management or in the management of projects, e.g. creation and combination of energy concepts in the field of waste heat, renewable raw materials or regenerative energies Enthusiastic personality with innovative ideas for climate protection and the reduction of fossil fuels Independent, responsible and goal-oriented way of working with a high level of service and team orientation Confident manner, enjoy dealing with people and have an affinity for sales

BENEFITS AND OFFERS REMUNERATION Our remuneration is based on the TV-V collective agreement and, in the case of RSV, the WBO collective agreement. Each job is evaluated and remunerated according to performance. PENSION SCHEME ACCORDING TO TV-V The costs of a supplementary pension scheme are covered to a large extent. In addition, private pension provision is subsidized as part of deferred compensation. WORKING HOURS AND ANNUAL LEAVE Our working hours are 39 hours per week. Depending on the position and where possible, flexible working hours or flexitime models are offered. Annual leave is 30 working days.
