• Supporting the energy transition and, in particular, the heating transition to reduce fossil fuels
• Developing cross-sector contracting solutions for supplying properties and districts together with colleagues (PV systems with tenant electricity models, e-mobility, in-house generation (electricity and heat))
• Supporting, advising and acquiring customers from the housing industry
• Preparation of feasibility studies, calculations, offers and contracts
• Support and development of projects through to handover to the project managers
• Overview of legal specifications and requirements
• Further development of products and energy solutions

• Degree as an engineer, technician, master craftsman or comparable qualification
• Experience in handling projects, ideally already experience in the realization of heat and energy generation plants
• Communicative personality, structured working style, process-oriented thinking and technical and economic understanding
• Reliability, persuasiveness, entrepreneurial thinking and action
• As a project developer, you not only create trusting customer relationships, but are also a team player in our team
