Project employee (m/f/d) for energy efficiency, sustainability and promotion of buildings

Your tasks

  • They are committed to the quality assurance and further development of federal funding programs, in particular within the framework of the list of energy efficiency experts for federal funding programs. This concerns, for example
  • Collaboration in the further development of the energy efficiency expert list for federal funding programs, particularly with regard to sustainability
  • Collaboration on complex issues relating to federal building funding programs, in particular federal funding for efficient buildings
  • Independent organization and processing of complex subtasks within the project as well as guidance and support of teams for project parts
  • Participation in the preparation and implementation of specialist working groups, both internal and external
  • Examination of subsidized residential and non-residential buildings (efficiency houses and buildings as well as refurbishment through individual measures): Assessment of planning and execution according to a holistic control scheme – this is based on building energy balances, further evidence and a data record prepared by third parties
  • The position is part-time and full-time (32-40 hours) and is initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed university degree in architecture, a technical or scientific discipline with proven knowledge of the building sector
  • Professional experience with the planning, execution and balancing of residential and non-residential buildings in accordance with GEG
  • Ideally experience with sustainability in buildings, e.g. life cycle assessment
  • Ability to work in a solution-oriented, analytical, structured and conceptual manner on systemic issues
  • Confidence in written expression, good communication skills
  • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams, continuous process optimization and helping to shape quality assurance in a particularly relevant area in terms of climate policy
  • Ability to work independently and with a high level of motivation, precise work and the ability to think conceptually are required
  • Very good IT skills (MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Very good written and spoken German
