Your tasks
- Standardization of processes: Development and implementation of standards in municipal heat planning (KWP) through participation in committees
- Analysis and optimization: Identification and standardization of critical processes to improve the KWP
- Process evaluation: Analysis and evaluation of data formats, process steps and quality criteria.
- Increasing efficiency: Evaluating the efficiency of workflows in the creation of heat plans.
- Supervision and guidance: Guidance and support for young professionals and students.
- Innovation and communication: Promoting internal communication on innovation topics and identifying forward-looking developments.
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree in engineering, political science, economics, social sciences, law, process management or comparable disciplines
- Several years of experience in the field of energy management or consulting for organizations
- Experience in the technical management of internal project teams
- Strong communication skills
- Systematic, structured and independent way of working
- Experience in the field of energy, (municipal) heat or energy planning, climate protection or energy supply is desirable
- Confidence in dealing with MS Office
- Willingness to travel on business
- Very good written and spoken German
