Project employee (m/f/d) Municipal heat planning with a focus on increasing efficiency in Halle

Your tasks

  • Standardization of processes: Development and implementation of standards in municipal heat planning (KWP) through participation in committees
  • Analysis and optimization: Identification and standardization of critical processes to improve the KWP
  • Process evaluation: Analysis and evaluation of data formats, process steps and quality criteria.
  • Increasing efficiency: Evaluating the efficiency of workflows in the creation of heat plans.
  • Supervision and guidance: Guidance and support for young professionals and students.
  • Innovation and communication: Promoting internal communication on innovation topics and identifying forward-looking developments.

Your qualifications

  • Completed university degree in engineering, political science, economics, social sciences, law, process management or comparable disciplines
  • Several years of experience in the field of energy management or consulting for organizations
  • Experience in the technical management of internal project teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Systematic, structured and independent way of working
  • Experience in the field of energy, (municipal) heat or energy planning, climate protection or energy supply is desirable
  • Confidence in dealing with MS Office
  • Willingness to travel on business
  • Very good written and spoken German
