Project employee (m/f/d) with focus on decarbonization of the industry

Nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and puts them into practice.
The decarbonization of industry is of central importance for achieving climate protection targets and is therefore a focus of dena’s work. Increases in energy efficiency, the electrification of industrial process heat and carbon management play an important role here.
Your tasks
- They work on practical projects in which the implementation of government-funded efficiency and CO2 reduction measures in industrial companies is tested and evaluated. This will give you exciting insights into the engine room of transformation.
- In such a project, you will be responsible for analyzing whether the subsidized measures have been implemented correctly by the companies; you will familiarize yourself with the relevant technical contexts and act as an expert in the project team.
- You will deepen your expertise in technical solutions for the decarbonization of industry, analyze scientific literature and independently write technical texts.
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree (Master’s/Diploma) in engineering, industrial engineering, economics or comparable courses of study; ideally related to the energy transition
- Great interest in in-depth work on technical issues in the field of industrial decarbonization
- Previous knowledge and/or initial professional experience in one or more of the technology fields mentioned (energy efficiency, electrification of industrial process heat, carbon management) is desirable
- Systematic and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Enjoy working in and shaping a dynamic and socially relevant field
