Project employee (m/f/d) with focus on transformation of the industry

The decarbonization of industry is of central importance for achieving climate protection targets and is therefore a focus of dena’s work. Optimizing and electrifying production processes and cross-sectional technologies, leveraging efficiency potential and expanding the circular economy play an important role here.
Your tasks
- Collaboration on practical projects in which the implementation of state-subsidized efficiency and CO2 reduction measures in industrial and commercial companies is tested and evaluated
- You will be responsible for the technical assessment of whether the subsidized technical measures have been implemented correctly by the companies
- You will familiarize yourself with the relevant technical contexts and act as an expert in the project team
- You will deepen your expertise on topics relating to energy efficiency, the circular economy and electrification in industry, analyze scientific literature and independently write specialist texts in order to develop the subject area at dena
- You will contribute to the technical and organizational structuring, design and implementation of work processes in projects and also lead your own sub-projects or projects in the future
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree (Master’s/Diploma) in a relevant field (engineering, industrial engineering, economics or comparable technically oriented degree programs), ideally related to the energy transition
- Professional experience and prior knowledge in the fields of energy and resource efficiency, in particular energy efficiency technologies, is desirable
- Interest in technical issues (e.g. energy transition technologies, technical-economic analyses) is a plus
- Pleasure in participating in and shaping a dynamic and socially relevant topic area, commitment to climate protection and the decarbonization of industry
- Very good analytical and conceptual working skills as well as a systematic and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and team spirit are a basic requirement
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
