As the grid company of MVV, MVV Netze GmbH is responsible for operating its electricity, gas, district heating and water grids in Mannheim and the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region with around 500 employees.
Your tasks
As an Electricity Project Engineer (m/f/d), you will independently accompany, plan and monitor infrastructure measures in the field of electrical engineering. You will develop technical concepts and strategies for the development of future electricity grids You will drive forward innovative technologies for the new grid requirements You will work on the standardization of equipment and strategy development together with other organizational units You are responsible for the planning and construction supervision of grid expansion projects and measures You are responsible for monitoring and meeting financial and technical quality targets You will manage projects within and outside your own area of responsibility and/or work on cross-organizational projects You will support the sales department in the acquisition of services
Your qualifications
Completed Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent Ideally several years of professional experience Experience in the operation and planning/construction of power grids at the 110, 20 and 0.4 kV voltage levels is desirable Good knowledge of the required regulations and guidelines Confident in the use of MS Office products Analytical skills, teamwork and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and autonomously Willingness to participate in the on-call duty Class B driving license
