Your tasks
Taking on a fixed support area in Germany with the willingness to occasionally take on further assignments within Germany Independent project management in the creation and implementation of technical and billing-relevant metering concepts in complex commercial properties Management of projects for our new energy services in the commercial and industrial segment based on ista metering technology Consulting and sales support for ista's product and service portfolio for customers with complex properties Preparing offers for the metering concept as the basis for joint customer meetings and supporting the sales team in the acquisition of commercial customers Close coordination and communication with the sales managers and ista's specialist departments, including the project team at the head office in Essen Planning, creation and documentation of the required measurement technology and its installation, including technical site management Checking the plausibility of technical customer and installation information Processing tenders
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed a degree in engineering specializing in supply and building technology, energy technology - or technical training and further training as a state-certified technician/master craftsman with the opportunity for further development You have several years of professional experience as a project engineer or service technician/state-certified technician or similar, preferably also in building technology/building services engineering You have demonstrable practical experience in project management for commercial properties in the areas of heating, sanitation, ventilation, air conditioning or technical building management and energy services You have a high affinity for sales and the ability to deal sensitively with internal and external contacts in various areas and functional levels Initial knowledge in the independent implementation of projects from the preparation of quotations to acceptance Relevant know-how in dealing with the MS Office product range, experience with project management software and AutoCAD LT is an advantage You have the infrastructure and premises to be able to work on the move and a class B driving license
