Your tasks
- You manage the recording, validation and evaluation of new topics from external and internal circles or cooperations and committees. You will take responsibility for the classification of new strategic topics and clarify technical issues on your own responsibility, including analyzing legal requirements and internal processes as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for implementing and independently commissioning and supporting the development of new topics and subject areas (conceptualization, commissioning of IT developments including requirements definition). You will also be responsible for test management and documentation.
- You will provide integration support by creating target group-oriented documents for internal and external communication and conducting training courses and workshops.
- You will manage individual work packages and sub-projects within the project scope in a target-oriented manner.
- You will work on special tasks within the scope of project activities and support the specialist departments in executing activities.
- In a team of various project engineers and other colleagues, you will ensure excellent networking and the development and further development of a joint divisional strategy. Together with the team, you actively support transparency with regard to interfaces between projects and bring information together across the board.
Your qualifications
- You have a technical university degree (Dipl. / Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor), Master or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have already gained extensive knowledge of the liberalized energy market (in particular GPKE, WiM, GeLi Gas and MPES as well as the technical interrelationships at NB/MSB).
- You already have relevant experience with energy industry billing software on board and you have at least two years of project experience in a management role.
- You have a high level of customer and results orientation, coupled with a high degree of initiative and an independent and systematic way of working.
- You moderate appointments with a good feel for the topics and listeners and never lose sight of your goals, and you are also willing to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar topics.
- Your high affinity for IT and digitalization rounds off your profile, as do your convincing concepts and your eye for detail.
