Your tasks
You are responsible to manage the development, engineering and permitting of a 5 GW Wind & Hydrogen project - on schedule, on budget and with a high quality You are accountable for the planning, scheduling and integration of the project activities with the project team and other internal departments You integrate the large-scale wind, electrical (partially off-grid), hydrogen and logistics side of the project with commercial, offtake and other stakeholder aspects as well as with third-party engineering companies and consultants You structure tasks and responsibilities and steer the subgroups, and component leads You Co-lead with a local counterpart in Canada You have extensive face time with ABO Wind's board as well as with international investors and off-takers You are willing to travel regularly to Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada
Your qualifications
You have a strong track record in bringing complex infrastructure, H2, renewable energies or other engineering projects to a success You have proven experience and achieved outstanding results in energy infrastructure projects and/or in a similar industry You graduated with a degree in engineering, business administration or similar You have strong leadership skills; you excel in leading cross-functional teams with different cultural backgrounds over various time zones You speak English fluently and ideally German You have strong communication and problem solving capabilities You work independently, in a structured way and with an entrepreneurial mindset You are a team player
