You will be responsible for project management for single and multi-division projects, development areas and special construction measures, taking into account the relevant Mainova association guidelines You will be responsible for carrying out the proper planning of construction and maintenance measures in accordance with HOAI service phases 1 to 9 as well as special construction measures Obtaining all building and operating permits, negotiations with ministries and authorities, responsibility for the implementation of official requirements Managing and supervising internal / external specialist planners (e.g. engineering offices), special experts and monitoring implementation in close cooperation with the project management team Calculation, cost and schedule control as well as risk analysis of projects Your involvement in transparent budget control through stringent cost and project status tracking is required Ensuring audit-proof documentation for the respective projects
Completed degree in mechanical or civil engineering or comparable qualification as well as initial functionally relevant professional experience Ideally initial knowledge of the technical framework conditions, including the DVGW regulations in the field of pipeline construction Ideally initial experience with tendering and awarding planning and construction services High level of initiative, decision-making ability as well as assertiveness and persuasiveness Teamwork and communication skills
