Project Manager - Consulting (m/f/d)
Your tasks in the team
- You will plan and manage projects across all project phases, issue work assignments and ensure transparent implementation of project goals
- You put together the project team in consultation with the managers and manage the sub-project managers in the project, among other things
- You monitor deadlines, milestones, budgets and project activities and are responsible for project controlling, including regular reporting
- You report to the steering committee and assume overall responsibility for the planning, management and coordination of (major) customer projects for the implementation of our software solution
- You forward relevant information to all project participants, ensure clear communication and are responsible for stakeholder management at customer and management level
- You identify deviations, initiate appropriate measures such as change requests and make technical decisions within the project budget
- You ensure the success of the project for our customers and actively drive the continuous improvement of the project approach
What you bring with you
- Degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable training with many years of professional experience, e.g. in a consulting firm, software company or utility company
- Many years of practical experience in project management, ideally in key account or transformation projects in the energy industry
- Experience in project controlling and dealing with budget responsibility
- Management experience in projects, even without disciplinary management responsibility
- Very good knowledge of processes and procedures in the energy industry, as well as project management methods (e.g. Scrum), ideally also in Schleupen.CS
- Strong communication and moderation skills
- Ability to deal with conflict and make decisions, sense of responsibility as well as high resilience and flexibility
