Project Manager (f/m/d) Concessions and TSM
WE, Kreiswerke Main-Kinzig GmbH, are one of the most important utility companies in the Main-Kinzig district with more than 250 employees. In our network area, we supply around 130,000 people with drinking water and around 100,000 people with electricity. Our heart also beats for sustainable energy solutions: Innovative products such as our PV solutions are particularly attractive if they also supply the electricity for charging electric vehicles.
Your tasks
- Drawing up offers, operating concepts and contracts for our concessions
- Coordinating concession procedures and monitoring deadlines
- Preparing, conducting and following up on bid negotiations and inquiries
- Analyzing competition, opportunities and risks and continuously developing offers
- Creating and participating in business analyses/purchase price calculations for concessions
- Monitoring and managing communication with concession-granting municipalities
- Organizational and technical management of technical safety management (TSM) for electricity/water
- Coordinating and supporting the TSM electricity/water audit procedures
- Creating instructions in collaboration with the specialist departments and the FaSi
Your qualifications
- Completed studies in energy/law/engineering or a business/technical degree program or comparable experience in the field of activity
- Extensive experience in project management, ideally in cooperation with municipal partners
- Knowledge of the public tendering process and the preparation of tenders
- Experience in instruction systems and technical processes of an energy/water supplier
- Hands-on mentality, willingness to perform and a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working and ability to implement ideas
- Analytical skills to quickly grasp and present new, complex issues
- Winning demeanor, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Driving license class B
