Project manager for M&A and major projects
Your tasks
- Leading, controlling and conceptual design of M&A and major infrastructure projects with department-wide and cross-divisional responsibility and authority to issue instructions
- Association and management of project risks, tasks and necessary coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Project management of M&A and major infrastructure projects, including project organization and management of the transaction process
- Developing negotiation strategies and conducting commercial negotiations
- Creating and taking responsibility for multi-dimensional business plans and financial models for M&A projects, investments, cooperations and major infrastructure projects
- Managing, accompanying, carrying out and taking responsibility for due diligence audits
- Preparation of decision papers
- Developing, optimizing and communicating Group-wide strategic principles, procedural specifications and guidelines as well as developing innovative and strategic approaches and solutions
- Professional management responsibility and collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams
Your qualifications
- Subject-specific university degree in the fields of business administration, engineering, law, natural sciences or similar
- Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Negotiation management, project financing, modeling and evaluation, large-scale project management
- Basic knowledge of energy industry processes and their interaction with politics, the public, finance and industry
- Specialized knowledge in the analysis of balance sheets and reporting, due diligence and company valuations
- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, integrity, empathy and awareness of the benefits of cross-structural, interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience in M&A processes as well as in project control and project management
- Willingness to perform and identify with the task, enthusiasm for challenges and reliability
- Good command of English
